Our client is a youthful, handsome man in his early 50s—standing 5'11", blond hair, hazel eyes, and an athletic, disciplined physique shaped by daily fitness and a life richly lived. Born in upstate New York with Western and Northern European roots, he attended an Ivy League university where he played Division I sports before building a remarkable career.

He is now semi-retired after an extraordinarily successful career in private equity and several entrepreneurial ventures that culminated in IPOs and acquisitions. Today, with both wisdom and humility, he is ready for a new chapter—one grounded in authenticity, partnership, emotional depth, and fun.

What stands out most is not his résumé, but his character. He is authentic, articulate, quietly self-confident, deeply self-aware, and profoundly values driven. His friends describe him as outgoing, kind, generous, curious, and deeply loyal. Many family members and friends have chosen him as the executor of their estate or the godparent of their children. He never quite understands why they ask him, but he is beyond grateful for this privilege and the enormous trust it represents.

He is that rare combination: playful yet principled, adventurous yet responsible. He is warm, grounded, steady, and private—and he subtly reinforces one of the most motivating truths in dating: truly great men do exist in this world.

His relationship with his ex-wife of 25 years is amicable, rooted in respect and emotional maturity. His three children—two now out of the nest—are the center of his universe. He is deeply involved in their lives and considers fatherhood his most meaningful accomplishment and responsibility.

He owns multiple homes around the country and loves hosting friends and family for ski trips, golf outings, long weekends, and holiday celebrations.  Creating opportunities for connection, laughter and shared community is deeply energizing and core to his identity.  

To balance his social life, he is a lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity. He loves reading and is part of a book group exploring the classics—this year alone he’s read works by Steinbeck, Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Larry McMurtry, and Robert Penn Warren.

A true adventurer, he has traveled to six of the seven continents and has climbed two of the Seven Summits. He plans to make it to Antarctica one day, though attempting another major peak might be a stretch—and he says that with a smile.

He is deeply involved with several non-profit organizations, all focused on expanding access to education. One of the most meaningful is a nonprofit he founded over 25 years ago, dedicated to helping disadvantaged children access educational resources that level the playing field and open doors that are otherwise not available to them.  

He likes to describe his ideal day this way: “My perfect day includes exercising my body to stay strong, exercising my mind by learning something new, and exercising my soul by spending time with the people I love.”

At heart, he is a monogamist—romantic, loyal, grounded, emotionally present, and genuinely excited to build a joyful, adventurous, deeply connected life with the right woman.

He envisions a partner in her 30s, 40s, or 50s who is fit, active, funny, intellectually curious, emotionally open, feminine, and ready for a great adventure!

Her friends would describe her as sunny, warm, optimistic, genuine, funny, and passionate about her pursuits. She is grounded yet spirited—the kind of woman women adore and men admire.
